RETURN POLICY

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

Upon leaving our warehouse, every shipment is thoroughly inspected and tested for
quality. Please verify that your product is accurate and undamaged upon delivery. Product claims must be made within 72 hours if a product is missing or damaged. In the event of a missing or damaged product during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will ask you for a full description and review the circumstances and issue you a product return slip and return shipping label, as appropriate. The product will be replaced by us or refunded at our discretion.

Please note that we will only offer a prepaid return label if an item is sent out incorrectly
or if it has been damaged during shipping. However, if the customer changes their mind
and wants to return an unopened product, the customer will be responsible for the
return shipping costs.

We understand that customers can change their minds, and therefore we offer our
100% satisfaction guarantee (provided the product is not opened, used, or consumed).
Please email our team within 7 business days of delivery to get your return process
started. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and may use the
shipping method of their choice.
